All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or relating to the use of Peerlinks® brand assets shall be brought solely before the competent courts in Kolkata, India.
By using these assets, you agree that:
- Exclusive Jurisdiction: Kolkata, India is the sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any legal action or dispute. No other courts, jurisdictions, or countries shall have authority over any matter related to these assets.
- Financial Responsibility Outside Kolkata: If, at the discretion of the owner of Peerlinks®, legal action is initiated outside Kolkata for any reason, all associated costs, fees, and expenses shall be borne entirely by the opposing party.
- Risk and Liability: Any attempt to initiate proceedings outside Kolkata, India without prior written permission from the owner will be undertaken at the sole risk, cost, and expense of the opposing party, and the owner shall not be liable for any resulting legal or financial consequences.

All use of Peerlinks® brand assets is governed exclusively by the laws of India, with sole and exclusive jurisdiction in Kolkata, India. No other courts or jurisdictions are authorized. If the owner of Peerlinks® initiates legal action outside Kolkata, all costs, fees, and expenses shall be borne entirely by the opposing party. Any attempt to act outside Kolkata without permission is at the full risk and expense of the party attempting it.
